Ringette PEI is looking to gather feedback on the house league opt-out option that was piloted for high performance athletes for the 2022-2023 season. Below are links to three separate surveys for athletes/parents, coaches, and board members. The athletes/parents survey is intended to be completed by parents and athletes together. Please complete the survey(s) that best fit your role within your ringette community. These surveys are open to all individuals who were involved with the U14, U16, and U19 divisions at the house league level, the house league and high performance level, or just the high performance level during the 2022-2023 season. We want to receive feedback from all areas, roles, and levels. This feedback will help us determine what our programming will look like for the 2023-2024 season.
Note: All survey responses are anonymous as we do not ask for any names or email addresses.
The deadline for submitting responses will be Friday, May 19th.
